A.- Who can participate in the contest? Requirements

1 .- Participation in the Contest only natural persons, either at individually or grouped under a common brand, regardless of their nationality and who have turned 18 and did not exceed 35 years at 31 December 2010.

2 .- It is not possible to take part for people who have been awarded in previous editions of the competition.

B.- What I need to send to participate and where?

1 .- Each applicant will present, under the pseudonym, one collection consists of twelve models. The theme of inspiration is free.

2 .- The participants will present their sketches drawn from the front and back in DIN A / 4. The back must compulsorily bear the titleof the collection, if any design and the pseudonym of the individual contestant.

3 .- The sheets should be accompanied by a technical description of the model and material samples used in their manufacture. The sheet, which should comprise at least a size 38 in case of women and 42 for men, according to European measurement system, contain at least the following points:

 


• Sketch all the features of modeling.
Flags of colors.
Proposal for fashion and textiles.
Measures to scale.
Document that indicates the formation of product cost
• It may also be attached to the sheet any other documentation considered relevant in the face of the project evaluation
• Any accompanying written description of the material submitted must be in English or Spanish.
• With the data provided in the technical description and drawings, the collection must be properly defined and hold a fullenough description to be evaluated.


4 .- The designs present who wish to participate in the contest must be original and unpublished, may not have been submitted in other contests

5 .- As regards the place of filing and documentation, these must be submitted or mailed, with costs to the participant, at the offices of Empresa Insular de Artesanía S.A. situated in

C.-Personal documents necessary for registration.

 

The submission of the request for participation in the Competition implies the acceptance of each and every one of these Rules.
Requests to participate shall be executed on the official registration form, duly completed to be completed in all sections.
It will use the fax number or e-mail that participants entering the official form as means required Insular Crafts Company SA notifications for all participants of the competition.

Applications must be submitted along with documentation that relates to and then to be duly signed by the applicant or his representative and shall be absolutely authentic or certified copies under current legislation.



• Document of identity, age and residence of the applicant.
• Curriculum vitae of the person participating in the contest
• The sketches and technical specifications should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the collection title and the pseudonym.
• Affidavit of the collection presented is original and has not been awarded or presented at another contest

 

The falsity of the information included on the sworn statements may lead to their dismissal or reinstatement of the award if granted.
The information obtained during the whole process is considered the exclusive property of those applicants and will be treated as confidential for all purposes.
